Studio Contour provides professional architectural design, interior design, 3D visualization, landscape design, and project execution services. Our typical project workflow involves the following stages:
Site & Specs: Assessment, measurements, and technical evaluation.
Concept & Sketching: Ideation and layout visuals.
Design Development: Finalizing materials, lighting, furniture, and aesthetics.
3D Visualization: Immersive previews for clarity.
Cost Proposal: Transparent breakdown of budget and deliverables.
Material Sourcing: Selection of finishes and furniture.
Project Supervision: Ensuring the outcome matches the vision.

User Responsibilities
When engaging with Studio Contour, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your property, site specifications, budget, and design preferences.
Ensure timely communication and approvals during the Concept, Sketching, and Design Development phases to maintain project timelines.
Obtain any necessary legal permissions, permits, or NOCs (No Objection Certificates) required for structural changes or construction at your site, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate contract.
Intellectual Property Rights
All original content, materials, and deliverables produced by Studio Contour, including but not limited to architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D renderings, sketches, and website content, are the intellectual property of Studio Contour.
Website Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any images, text, or portfolio materials from our website without our express written permission.
Design Ownership: Upon full payment of the agreed-upon project fees, clients are granted a license to use the provided designs for the specific property they were commissioned for. Studio Contour retains the right to use the project deliverables (photos, 3D renders, floor plans) for marketing and portfolio purposes, ensuring client confidentiality where applicable.
Cost Proposals and Payments
Any cost proposal provided during step 5 of our process is an estimate based on the finalized design development and current market rates for materials and labor.
Prices for material sourcing and execution are subject to market fluctuations.
Payment terms, milestones, and schedules will be outlined in a separate, formal project contract signed before the commencement of execution.
Initial consultation or conceptual fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the ideation process has begun.
Third-Party Vendors and Materials
While Studio Contour assists in material sourcing and project supervision, we are not directly liable for manufacturing defects in third-party materials, furniture, or fixtures. Warranties for such items are held by the respective manufacturers or suppliers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Contour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to Studio Contour for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
