The Wiring Is the Part Clients Underestimate Most
Every CIT scheme flat from this era that we have opened up has had the same underlying electrical problem, and it is not a minor one. Cast-Iron Plumbing Stacks: The Hidden Renovation Trigger
The plumbing in these buildings was almost universally done with cast-iron soil and waste stacks, a material that was standard practice through the 1980s and well into the 1990s before CPVC and UPVC piping became the norm for new construction.
