The rooms tend to be compact and well-proportioned, and the challenge is making a 2BHK or 3BHK feel generous without knocking anything down, so a lot of our planning here is about storage, furniture sizing, and material choices that make the space read larger than it is.
What we plan for
Kolkata's humidity is the first thing we account for, especially in a freshly plastered flat where the walls need time to breathe before any wall treatment goes on. The monsoon matters here too because Action Area II still has patches of waterlogging in certain pockets, so we are careful about flooring choices at the entry and about electrical layout on lower floors.
