What we plan for

Daylight orientation matters a lot in the older plots here, some rooms barely get morning sun, so we plan accordingly. For apartment projects near the expressway, we also factor in road noise and society-level rules about external modifications, both of which shape what is actually buildable.
Our studio is in New Town, which puts us very close to Belghoria without the long-distance overhead that a South Kolkata firm would carry.
