We start with a proper structural and spatial assessment, work out what can be retained because it genuinely adds character, and then plan the renovation around that rather than stripping everything back. Heritage fabric in these houses is worth keeping when it is practical to do so.

The earlier the better, basically. If you bring us in before you finalise the flat itself, we can flag layouts that will be harder to work with and help you choose a unit that gives you more flexibility. Once the flat is confirmed, we can start planning immediately so that the interiors are ready close to your possession date rather than months after.

We do both depending on what the client needs. Some families in Hooghly-Chinsurah want the full execution handled because coordinating vendors from a district town is genuinely difficult, and others have contractors they trust locally and just need the design and drawings from us. We are comfortable either way and we will tell you clearly upfront which model makes more sense for your specific project.
