Access through the interior lanes near Khardah Station can be tight for material delivery, so we plan procurement and sequencing around that early. Society rules in the newer buildings around Rahara also shape what is permissible on balconies and facades, and we verify those before finalising any external work.
Our studio is in New Town, which puts us close enough to Khardah that site visits are not a half-day commitment, and that proximity matters when a project is mid-execution and something needs a quick call or an in-person check. We have been working in this northern corridor since 2014, so the contractors we bring in know the area, the suppliers are reachable, and we are not learning the local conditions on your project's time.

We look at what can go built-in, where the visual weight can be reduced, and how the daylight moves through the flat, and typically the space reads significantly more open without changing a single structural wall.
For a full flat interior it is typically four to five months from design sign-off to handover, and for a room-by-room renovation it depends on scope, but we give you a realistic timeline at the end of the first site visit so you can plan around it, which is something we consider a basic part of the service.
