The storage capacity ends up being higher than freestanding furniture would give you and the flat reads as more spacious, not less.

For interior work within your own flat the approval requirement is usually minimal, but we check the specific society rules and any older municipal conditions that apply to the building before we begin, so nothing surprises us mid-project. If structural changes or wet area shifts are involved we flag the implications early, right at the brief stage, so you can decide how far you want to go before any commitments are made.
