And because several pockets sit near institutional zones, there are local norms around building height and facade treatment that we verify before finalising any plan.
Our studio is in New Town, which is a straightforward drive across the bridge, so site visits, contractor coordination, and client meetings in Shibpur are practical for us rather than a stretch.
