We calibrate our renders conservatively, meaning we do not oversaturate colours or fake perfect lighting, so the actual result tends to match or feel even better than the render.

We typically work through two to three rounds of revisions within the project scope, covering layout changes, material swaps, and colour adjustments. If the scope shifts significantly, for instance you decide to change the entire kitchen layout mid-render, we discuss that openly and plan accordingly rather than quietly absorbing it.

We start with a proper structural and spatial assessment, work out what can be retained because it genuinely adds character, and then plan the renovation around that rather than stripping everything back. The earlier the better, basically. If you bring us in before you finalise the flat itself, we can flag layouts that will be harder to work with and help you choose a unit that gives you more flexibility. Once the flat is confirmed, we can start planning immediately so that the interiors are ready close to your possession date rather than months after.

We do both depending on what the client needs. Some families in Hooghly-Chinsurah want the full execution handled because coordinating vendors from a district town is genuinely difficult, and others have contractors they trust locally and just need the design and drawings from us.
