Basically yes, and 700 square feet in Jadavpur is not unusual for us to work with. The real answer is in how the layout is planned from the beginning, where storage is hidden, and how the furniture is sized and placed, rather than making each room as big as possible and hoping it works out. We will walk through the flat and tell you exactly what is achievable before anything is committed.
The catch here is that most humidity damage is a material and ventilation problem, not just a painting problem. We look at what is on the walls, how the bathroom and kitchen exhaust, and whether there are any water ingress points that need sealing before we finishes go on. Repainting over damp walls every year is the expensive way to do nothing, so we try to fix the cause first.
