Our studio is in New Town, which puts us genuinely close to Lake Town, so site visits are quick and we are not doing long-distance project management from the other side of the city. More to the point, we have worked in this part of Kolkata long enough to know the contractor networks, the typical structural quirks of the older buildings here, and what actually holds up in this climate over the years.
