For a modular kitchen plus two bedrooms, a realistic execution window once materials are ordered is around six to eight weeks, though the design and approval phase before that takes two to three weeks. The catch here is procurement lead times, so we always lock in orders early to avoid the waiting-game that drags projects past monsoon.
