Key Spaces
Main Tower Block
The central block features tall vertical fins paired with curtain glazing, offering natural light while ensuring solar control. The design emphasizes height and linearity, enhancing its corporate presence.
Side Blocks
Secondary blocks adopt simpler forms, characterized by a combination of painted concrete façades with accent color bands and inset balconies. These provide functional support areas, circulation cores, and adaptable interior layouts.
Courtyard and Green Edge
The central landscaped court with greenery and pathways creates a transitional space, offering employees an outdoor breakout zone while adding to the site’s environmental quality.
Street Interface
The podium-style base with distinct façade treatments helps the building interact with the public edge, incorporating service access, pedestrian entry, and visual branding.

Color Palette
The complex uses a mix of earthy browns and deep rust tones on the vertical fins, balanced with clean white façades and vibrant blue accent bands. This palette highlights contrast while projecting a contemporary yet approachable image.
Materials and Textures
Glass curtain walls provide sleek transparency, complemented by textured vertical metal fins for rhythm and depth. Painted concrete and plaster finishes on side blocks offer durability, while accent panels add visual breaks. The podium integrates patterned cladding to soften the transition between ground and upper floors.
Lighting
Tall streetlamps along the perimeter emphasize safety and nighttime visibility. Glazing and façade elements reflect daylight, while integrated uplighting along fins and building edges enhances verticality, ensuring the project maintains its striking identity after dark.
