Modern Façade & Outdoor Lounge & Garden
The façade features sharp geometric lines, large glass openings, and cantilevered balconies. The use of white render, textured surfaces, and deep overhangs adds depth and character.
Timber-clad decks and landscaped gardens surround the home, offering shaded lounging spots, walkways, and open lawns. The design ensures a seamless transition between the natural landscape and the built form.
Waterfront Deck & Pool
The villa opens directly to a spacious waterfront deck with private docking for boats. This space is perfect for gatherings at sunset, offering uninterrupted views of the water and sky.
A signature highlight, the infinity pool blends seamlessly into the horizon, creating an illusion of merging with the lake. Elevated pool terraces provide both privacy and breathtaking panoramic views.
Upper-Level Terraces
Private terraces on the first floor offer sweeping views of the water. Glass railings ensure transparency while maintaining a sleek, modern edge.
