To be very honest, renders are very close but not identical because real light, real textures, and minor site conditions always vary a little. We calibrate our renders conservatively, meaning we do not oversaturate colours or fake perfect lighting, so the actual result tends to match or feel even better than the render.

We typically work through two to three rounds of revisions within the project scope, covering layout changes, material swaps, and colour adjustments.
