Realistically, once the design and materials are locked, fabrication takes three to four weeks and installation another two to three days. The part that takes longest, honestly, is the decision-making on finishes and fittings, so we try to get those resolved early so the site work runs without stops.
To be very honest, smaller kitchens benefit more from modular planning than large ones do, because every centimetre has to work. For a standard 2 or 3 BHK flat, the design phase runs roughly four to six weeks and execution typically takes three to four months depending on the scope of civil work and the complexity of the modular elements. Older buildings with more site surprises, uneven floors and ageing wiring and so on, can add a few weeks, and we factor that buffer in honestly when we give you the project timeline.
